The old site (Ye's Family Temple) of president Mao Zedong hosting the first "building Party branch in the company" activity was published as a provincial-level protection unit by the people's government of Hunan Province in October 1983. In November 2011, it was announced as the patriotism education base of Zhuzhou City by Zhuzhou Municipal Party Committee Propaganda Department.
